AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 551

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 551, AS AMENDED, by replacing everything after the enacting clause with the following:

"Section 5. The Veterans' Health Insurance Program Act is amended by changing Section 85 as follows:

(330 ILCS 125/85)

(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2008)

Sec. 85. Repeal. This Act is repealed on January 1, 2012 2008.
