2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 1319, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No.
4 1, on page 8, line 2, by deleting "provider of"; and

5 on page 8, line 3, by replacing "title insurance" with "lender
6 or producer of title business"; and

7 on page 8, line 5, after "lender,", by inserting "attorney,";
8 and

9 on page 8, by replacing line 7 with the following:
10 "who is obligated by that contract to furnish and pay for title
11 insurance at their expense, to".
