2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4578, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No.
4 1, on page 2, line 25, after "worker", by inserting "or
5 electronic and information technology equipment worker's
6 employer"; and

7 on page 3, after line 2, by inserting the following:
8 "(e) Failure to report a discovery of child pornography as
9 required under this Section is a business offense subject to a
10 fine of $1,001.".
