    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4854 on page 1, line

11, immediately after "department", by inserting the

following:

"that has full-time firefighters and is subject to a collective

bargaining agreement"; and

on page 3, line 11, immediately after "department", by 
8
inserting the following:

"that has full-time firefighters and is subject to a collective
