AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 21

    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 21 on page 2, by

replacing line 3 with the following:
4
    "(a) A  group or individual major medical policy of accident 
5
or health insurance or managed care plan amended, delivered, 
6
issued, or renewed after January 1, 2008 shall not, solely on 
7
