AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 54

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 54 as follows:

on page 3, line 20, by replacing "agricultural production" with "a dairy livestock production facility in a county with a population as of January 1, 2000 between 35,530 and 35,600"; and

on page 3, by replacing lines 24 through 26 with "to the penalty provisions of Section 44 of this Act."; and

on page 4, by deleting lines 1 through 3.
