    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2786 as follows:

on page 2, line 11, by deleting "federally insured"; and

on page 2, line 11, immediately after "institution", by 
5
inserting "chartered under the laws of any state or the United 
6
States"; and
