1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 5675
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 5675 on page 3, by
3 inserting below line 9 the following:
4 "A law enforcement officer driving a police vehicle may
5 exceed the posted speed limit without using sirens and activate
6 oscillating, rotating, or flashing lights when the officer is
7 attempting to determine the speed of another vehicle that the
8 officer has a reasonable suspicion is exceeding the posted
9 maximum speed limit, but in no event shall the officer be
10 permitted to exceed 80 miles per hour.".
