2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2116, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No.
4 1, on page 8, by replacing lines 19 through 22 with the
5 following:
6 "proposal in order to submit a proposal to the school district
7 or vocational center, or (iv) performs fee for service
8 consulting on the proposed project in order to prepare the
9 school district or vocational center to issue the request for
10 proposal. The".
