1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 3712
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3712 by replacing
3 everything after the enacting clause with the following:

4     "Section 5. The Veterinary Medicine and Surgery Practice
5 Act of 2004 is amended by changing Section 2 as follows:

6     (225 ILCS 115/2)  (from Ch. 111, par. 7002)
7     (Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2014)
8     Sec. 2. This Act may be cited as the~~the~~ Veterinary
9 Medicine and Surgery Practice Act of 2004.
