1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 3965
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3965 by replacing
3 everything after the enacting clause with the following:

4     "Section 5. The Metropolitan Transit Authority Act is
5 amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

6     (70 ILCS 3605/1)  (from Ch. 111 2/3, par. 301)
7     Sec. 1. This Act shall be known and~~and~~ may be cited as the
8 "Metropolitan Transit Authority Act."
