1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4148
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4148 by replacing
3 everything after the enacting clause with the following:

4     "Section 5. The Property Tax Code is amended by changing
5 Section 1-150 as follows:

6     (35 ILCS 200/1-150)
7     Sec. 1-150. Taxing District. Any unit of local government,
8 school district or community college district withthe~~the~~
9 power to levy taxes.
