1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4673
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4673 on page 2, by
3 replacing lines 9 through 12 with the following:
4 "institution for more than 30 dayswithin the past 5 years and
5 he or she has not been adjudicated as a mental defective;"; and

6 on page 6, by replacing lines 21 through 24 with the following:
7 "(e) A person who has been a patient of a mental
8 institution for more than 30 dayswithin the past 5 years or
9 has been adjudicated as a mental defective;".
