1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 398
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 398 by replacing
3 everything after the enacting clause with the following:

4     "(35 ILCS 16/42 rep.)
5     Section 5. If and only if Senate Bill 4 of the 97th General
6 Assembly becomes law, as amended by House Amendment 3, then the
7 Film Production Services Tax Credit Act of 2008 is amended by
8 repealing Section 42 as added by Senate Bill 4 of the 97th
9 General Assembly.

10     Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
11 becoming law, but no earlier than the effective date of Senate
12 Bill 4 of the 97th General Assembly.".
