on page 1, lines 21 and 22, by deleting "are subject to subsection (d) of this Section and"; and

on page 2, lines 12 and 13, by deleting "are subject to subsection (d) of this Section and"; and

on page 3, by deleting lines 11 through 21; and

on page 3, line 22, by replacing "(e)" with "(d)".
