AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 948

2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 948, AS AMENDED,
3with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment No.
41 as follows:
 
5on page 118, by replacing lines 13 through 15 with the
6following:
7"upon adequate funding; implementation shall be expanded to
8adults with disabilities upon the effective date of this
9amendatory Act of the 98th General Assembly, except those
10responsibilities under subsection (a), which shall be
11undertaken as soon as practicable:"; and
 
12on page 128, by replacing lines 1 through 13 with the
13following:
14    "(a) Reporting to the registry. The Department on Aging";

1on page 129, by replacing lines 5 through 7 with the following:
