AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1648

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 1648, AS AMENDED, with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No. 1, as follows:

on page 4, line 7, immediately after "event", by adding the following: "except when an organized coonhound event involves only local organizers, same day registration, and the event reasonably expects fewer than 25 participants. The local organizers of an organized coonhound event meeting the notification exception requirements of this subsection shall not be in violation of this subsection if more than 25 participants are registered at the start of the event".
