1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2376
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 2376 as follows:

3 on page 1, by replacing line 5 with "Sections 1.05 and 4 as
4 follows:"; and

5 on page 6, lines 3 and 15, by replacing "the Illinois
6 Association of Park Districts" each time it appears with "an
7 organization that represents the park districts created in the
8 Park District Code"; and

9 on page 6, immediately below line 20, by inserting the
10 following:

11     "(5 ILCS 120/4)  (from Ch. 102, par. 44)
12     Sec. 4. Any person violating any of the provisions of this
13 Act, except subsection (b), (c), (d), ~~or~~ (e), or (f) of Section
14 1.05, shall be guilty of a Class C misdemeanor.
