AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2780

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 2780, AS AMENDED, with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment No. 1, on page 3 by replacing lines 12 through 14 with the following:

"requests and applications for the supply of electric service from an alternative retail electric supplier pursuant to the terms of an agreement between such supplier and the currency exchange, which shall be subject to the applicable requirements of the Public Utilities Act and Illinois Administrative Code and for which the Illinois Commerce Commission shall provide by rule, (xxii) advertising upon and about the"; and

on page 4 by replacing line 14 with the following:

"for the payment of bills, and "alternative retail electric supplier" has the meaning set forth in Section 16-102 of the Public Utilities Act.".
