AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 2839 as follows:

on page 1, by replacing lines 10 through 12 with the following:

"for illness or infirmity prescribed by a physician licensed to practice medicine in all its branches, a physician assistant who has been delegated the authority to prescribe home health services by his or her supervising physician, or an advanced practice nurse who has a written collaborative agreement with a collaborating physician that delegates the authority to prescribe home health services.
