AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3068

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3068 on page 2 by replacing lines 2 through 5 with the following: "the Build Illinois Bond Act; loans or"; and

on page 2, line 24, by replacing "Act." with "Act. "Public works" also includes all work for the building, repair, maintenance, or rehabilitation of roads or structures performed by direct employees of any public body in the event the projects are financed, in whole or in part, with funds received from the Department of Transportation.".
