AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3672

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3672 as follows:

on page 2, line 18, after the period, by inserting "Compliance with the provisions of this amendatory Act of the 98th General Assembly does not relieve the Board of its obligations under the Open Meetings Act."; and

on page 3, line 23, after the period, by inserting "Compliance with the provisions of this amendatory Act of the 98th General Assembly does not relieve the Board of its obligations under the Open Meetings Act."; and

on page 4, line 21, after the period, by inserting "Compliance with the provisions of this amendatory Act of the 98th General Assembly does not relieve the Board of its obligations under the Open Meetings Act."; and

on page 5, line 18, after the period, by inserting "Compliance with the provisions of this amendatory Act of the 98th General Assembly does not relieve the Board of its obligations under the Open Meetings Act.".
