AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4418

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4418, AS AMENDED, with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No. 1, as follows:

on page 1, line 8, after "city or village", by adding "with 500 or more residents"; and

on page 1, line 13, by replacing "subsection (b) of Section 15" with "Section 15b"; and

on page 2, line 24, after "incorporated town", by adding "with 500 or more residents"; and

on page 3, line 6, by replacing "subsection (b) of Section 15" with "Section 15b"; and

on page 4, line 7, after "unit of government", by adding "serving 500 or more residents".
