1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION 31
2     AMENDMENT NO. ___. Amend House Joint Resolution 31, AS
3 AMENDED, with reference to page and line numbers of House
4 Amendment No. 1, as follows:

5 on page 1, by replacing lines 9 through 14 with the following:

6     "RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE
7 NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, THE
8 SENATE CONCURRING HEREIN, that the request made by O'Fallon
9 CCSD 90 - St. Clair with respect to physical education,
10 identified in the report filed by the State Board of Education
11 as request WM100-5823, is disapproved; and be it further

12     RESOLVED, That the request made by Abingdon-Avon CUSD 276 -
13 Knox with respect to nonresident tuition, identified in the
14 report filed by the State Board of Education as request
15 WM100-5808, is approved retroactively beginning on August 1,

1 2013; and be it further

2     RESOLVED, That the remaining requests in the Report on
3 Waiver of School Code Mandates are approved."; and

4 on page 1, line 15, by deleting "the Report.".
