AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 504, AS AMENDED, with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment No. 1, as follows:

on page 13, line 5, by deleting "or"; and

on page 13, line 8, by replacing "." with "; or"; and

on page 13, immediately below line 8, by inserting the following:

"(114) if the ordinance was adopted on July 24, 1991 by the City of Chicago to create the Sanitary and Ship Canal TIF District.".
