2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1381 as follows:

3 on page 3, line 10 after "indication." by inserting
4 "Pedestrians shall yield the right-of-way to vehicles lawfully
5 within the intersection at the time that the flashing yellow
6 signal indication is first displayed.".
