1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1846
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1846 on page 2, by
3 inserting immediately below line 22 the following:
4 "(c) The changes made to this Section by this amendatory
5 Act of the 98th General Assembly apply to all actions commenced
6 on or after July 1, 2013. The changes made to this Section by
7 this amendatory Act of the 98th General Assembly also apply to
8 all actions pending on or after the effective date of this
9 amendatory Act of the 98th General Assembly, but only with
10 respect to fees and costs that become due in those actions
11 after July 1, 2013.".
