1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2071
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2071 by replacing
3 everything after the enacting clause with the following:

4     "Section 5. The Illinois Municipal Code is amended by
5 changing Section 11-74.4-1 as follows:

6     (65 ILCS 5/11-74.4-1)  (from Ch. 24, par. 11-74.4-1)
7     Sec. 11-74.4-1. This Division 74.4 shall be known and~~and~~
8 may be cited as the "Tax Increment Allocation Redevelopment
9 Act".
