1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2188
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2188 on page 4,
3 immediately below line 16, by inserting the following:

4 "(c) The Chief Judge of the circuit court or presiding
5 judge in the issuing jurisdiction shall, by local rule, create
6 a standard practice for the filing or other retention of
7 documents or recordings produced under this Section.".
