1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2608
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2608 on page 4, by
3 replacing lines 7 through 9 with the following:
4 "the provisions of this Section. The Director shall have the
5 power to enforce the provisions of this Section and impose any
6 authorized penalty or remedy as provided under Section 401 of
7 this Code upon any person who violates the provisions of this
8 Section.".
