AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2771 




2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2771 on page 17, by 
3replacing lines 10 through 14 with the following:


4    "(8)  Sunset.  This subsection (q) is inoperative on and 
5after January 1, 2017 2015. No conversations intercepted 
6pursuant to this subsection (q), while operative, shall be 
7inadmissible in a court of law by virtue of the inoperability 
8of this subsection (q) on January 1, 2017 2015.".
