1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2797
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2797 as follows:

3 on page 6, immediately below line 8, by inserting the
4 following:
5 "(c) Upon a determination that a person comes under any one
6 of the criteria listed in this Section or any rules adopted
7 under this Act for placement on the Video Gaming Board
8 Exclusion List, that person shall be deemed a candidate for
9 exclusion and the Administrator of the Board shall file a
10 notice of exclusion. The notice shall include the identity of
11 the candidate, the nature and scope of the circumstances or
12 reasons that the person should be placed on the Video Gaming
13 Board Exclusion List, names of potential witnesses, and a
14 recommendation as to whether the placement on the List shall be
15 permanent. The notice shall also inform the person of the
16 availability of a hearing on the issue of placement on the
17 Video Gaming Board Exclusion List."; and
