AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2929 as follows:

on page 4, line 2, by replacing "a translator" with "an interpreter"; and

on page 4, line 3, before the period, by inserting "or have arrangements to make an interpreter available through telephonic, video, or other means".
