1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2952
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2952 by replacing
3 everything after the enacting clause with the following:

4     "Section 5. The Self-Service Storage Facility Act is
5 amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

6     (770 ILCS 95/1)  (from Ch. 114, par. 801)
7     Sec. 1. Short title. This Act shall be known and~~and~~ may be
8 cited as the "Self-Service Storage Facility Act".
