1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2991
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2991 by replacing
3 everything after the enacting clause with the following:

4     "Section 5. The Regional Planning Act is amended by
5 changing Section 1 as follows:

6     (70 ILCS 1707/1)
7     Sec. 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the~~the~~
8 Regional Planning Act.
