3 on page 5, line 23, by deleting "shall not, as a"; and

4 on page 5, by deleting line 24; and

5 on page 5, line 25, by deleting "damages, and"; and

6 on page 6, line 11, after, "omissions,", by inserting "except
7 for willful and wanton misconduct,".
