AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1265

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 1265, AS AMENDED, with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No. 1, as follows:

on page 47, line 1, after "Code." by inserting the following:

"The maximum allowable amount of debt exempt from statutory debt limitations under this subsection (p-140) shall be reduced by an amount equal to any grants awarded by the State Board of Education or Capital Development Board for the explicit purpose of repairing or reconstructing a school building damaged by mine subsidence."; and

on page 94, line 17, after "Code.", by inserting the following:
