AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2732




2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 2732 on page 2, by 
3replacing lines 1 and 2 with "shall not be subject to 
4regulation as a sludge or other waste if all of the following"; 
5and 


 
6on page 4, line 4, after "Agency", by inserting "to regulate
