AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3187

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3187 on page 5, line 17, by replacing "1% and may be imposed only in 1/4% increments." with "1% and may be imposed only in 1/4% increments."; and

on page 6, by replacing lines 11 and 12 with the following: "relief. The tax imposed may not be more than 1.5% 1% and may be imposed only in 1/4% increments. The tax may not be imposed on"; and
