3 deleting lines 1 through 3; and

4 on page 6, line 4, by replacing "(b)" with "(a)"; and

5 on page 6, by replacing line 16 with the following:
6     "(b) Subsection (a) does not apply:"; and

7 on page 6, by replacing lines 23 through 26 with the following:
8     "(c) Sentence. A person who violates subsection (a) is
9 guilty of a".
