AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4662 on page 17, by replacing lines 3 and 4 with the following:

"own expense and shall register the firearm with any local law"; and

on page 20, by replacing lines 11 and 12 with the following: "her own expense and shall register the firearm with any local law".
