1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 5057
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 5057 as follows:

3 on page 11, line 20, by replacing "may" with "may, in its
4 discretion,"; and

5 by replacing line 23 on page 11 through line 2 on page 12 with
6 the following:

7 "third offense. If any violation is the cause or contributing
8 cause in a motor vehicle accident causing damage to property,
9 injury, or death to a person, the Department may, in its
10 discretion, not issue a permit to the person, firm, or
11 corporation for a period of one year".
