1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 611
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 611 on page 2, line
3 1, by replacing "one member" with "two members"; and

4 on page 2, line 21, by deleting "and"; and

5 on page 2, by replacing line 24 with the following:
6     "Governor;
7         (15) one member representing a state labor
8     organization that represents employees in the solid waste,
9     recycling, and related industries, appointed by the
10     Governor; and
11         (16) one member representing a statewide business
12     association with a focus on environmental issues,
13     appointed by the Governor.".
