1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 626
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 626 on page 2, line
3 16, after "waiver", by inserting ", in whole or in part,"; and

4 on page 2, line 24, after "facility.", by inserting "A facility
5 in compliance with the terms of a waiver granted under this
6 subsection shall not be subject to fines or penalties imposed
7 by the Department for violating the registered nurse staffing
8 requirements of subsection (e) of Section 3-202.05.".
