1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 888
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 888, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment No.
4 1, as follows:

5 on page 4, line 3, by replacing "20" with "10"; and

6 on page 4, immediately below line 3, by inserting the
7 following:
8     "Until August 31, 2022, the number of enrolled students in
9 programs established under this Section shall not exceed 7,000.
10     (e) In evaluating applications for programs under this
11 Section, the State Board shall evaluate program delivery
12 methods and may not approve any program that is offered
13 entirely online."; and

14 on page 4, line 4, by replacing "(e)" with "(f)"; and
