1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1029
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1029 as follows:

3 on page 4, line 11, after "Act", by inserting "under an
4 appropriation made"; and

5 on page 5, by replacing line 6 with the following:

6         "(6) from an appropriation made to the Department for
7     this purpose, use funds received under this Act to pay for
8     the".
