1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1979
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1979 on page 6, by
3 replacing lines 21 through 24 as follows:
4 "Section has occurred. When such a transfer occurs, the
5 assessor shall mail a notice to the new owner of the property
6 (i) informing the new owner that the exemption will remain in
7 place through the year of the transfer, after which it will be
8 cancelled".
