1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2057
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2057, on page 2,
3 line 8, by replacing "unit" with "county"; and

4 on page 2, line 12, by replacing "units" with "counties"; and

5 on page 2, line 13, after the period, by inserting "This
6 paragraph does not apply to regulation of private residential
7 leaseholds in municipalities with a population greater than
8 1,000,000.; and

9 on page 3, line 2, after the period, by inserting "This Section
10 does not apply to regulation of private residential leaseholds
11 in municipalities with a population greater than 1,000,000.";
12 and

13 on page 3, immediately below line 16, by inserting the
14 following:

1 "(c) This Section does not apply to regulation of private
2 residential leaseholds in municipalities with a population
3 greater than 1,000,000.".
