AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 196

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 196, AS AMENDED, by replacing everything after the enacting clause with the following:

"Section 5. The Children and Family Services Act is amended by adding Section 42 as follows:

(20 ILCS 505/42 new)

Sec. 42. Child care centers; Child and Adult Care Food Program. Eligible child care centers that provide meal services to children in their care shall participate in the federally funded Child and Adult Care Food Program administered by the Illinois State Board of Education.".
