    Amends the Orthotics, Prosthetics, and Pedorthics Practice Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning fees.

1    AN ACT concerning regulation.
 
2    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3represented in the General Assembly:
 
4    Section 5. The Orthotics, Prosthetics, and Pedorthics
5Practice Act is amended by changing Section 75 as follows:
 
6    (225 ILCS 84/75)
7    (Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2020)
8    Sec. 75. Fees.
9    (a) The The Department shall provide by rule for a schedule
10of fees to be paid for licenses by all applicants. All fees are
11not refundable.
12    (b) The fees for the administration and enforcement of this
13Act including, but not limited to, original licensure, renewal,
14and restoration shall be set by rule by the Department.
15    (c) All fees and fines collected under this Act shall be
16deposited into the General Professions Dedicated Fund.
